TERMS OF SERVICE
This set of service terms focuses on whole-process risk management and standardized compliance control, focusing on sorting out potential service risks, user compliance boundaries and platform risk prevention mechanisms in all links of platform service use, which is a professional and standardized official clause applicable to long-term service operation and user standardized management. All users who access, browse, register and use any functional services of the platform shall automatically recognize and abide by all risk control and compliance clauses stipulated in this term, and shall take full responsibility for all behavioral risks arising from non-compliant use.
In the process of using platform services, all user behaviors must comply with standardized compliance requirements, and any behavior that may cause service risks, platform operation abnormalities and rights and interest disputes shall be strictly prohibited. Users are not allowed to use platform service channels to publish, disseminate or transmit any unqualified, false, misleading and infringing content, nor are they allowed to use technical means to interfere with, crack or invade the platform’s official operation system and data security system.All malicious risk behaviors that damage platform security and service order will be permanently recorded by the platform, and the platform has the right to take hierarchical disposal measures including early warning, function restriction, service suspension and permanent service prohibition according to the severity of the behavior.
The platform has built a complete full-link risk prevention and control system, which conducts real-time monitoring and standardized identification of user operation behaviors, service interactive content and order service behaviors. For service abnormalities and risk hidden dangers found during the monitoring process, the platform will take timely intervention and rectification measures to prevent the expansion of risk impacts. The platform does not assume any joint responsibility for user personal risk behaviors, illegal operations and non-compliant behaviors, and all risk losses and legal liabilities arising therefrom shall be independently borne by the user. Meanwhile, the platform reserves the right to optimize and upgrade the risk control system and compliance clauses according to service operation changes and standardized management requirements, and all updated risk control rules shall be subject to the official public release of the platform, without the need for separate notification to individual users.
